Tell us about yourself
My daughter recently told me I am not your stereotypical mum or female. I like to do lots of things that contradict one another. I enjoy quiet activities like reading and crafts. But then I like some more risky activities like horse riding, water and snow skiing… and driving my 121 on track.

Why do you love being a swim teacher and being a part of The Little Swim School Team?
The ‘little’ aspect of our business means we can interact with each student and their families in a meaningful way, getting to know them. The rewards of teaching are many and varied. No 2 days are the same, so it’s never ‘routine’ or boring. It never feels like ‘work’.
If you could spend an hour with anyone living or dead who would it be any why?
The Apostle Paul. From his writings, I think he’d be a fascinating man to sit and discuss life with… I think he’d be very down to earth and call a spade, a spade…
