What Are Punch Passes?

A Punch Pass allows families to purchase a pass that can be redeemed for “x” many visits to The Little Swim School without the commitment of an active enrolment. These passes can be redeemed via the Customer Portal, Check-In Kiosk, or in person with our friendly Customer Care Officers.

When a Punch Pass is purchased, it is assigned to a specific student.  Redeeming the pass creates a Single-Day enrolment in a selected class for that student and reduces the number of Passes they have remaining until the Pass is completely used up.

In the past, we have referred to this type of class as a "Drop-in" or "Casual" class. Punch Passes are not designed to replace ongoing bookings, but to complement our existing program. 

Who would benefit from purchasing a Punch Pass?

These passes are designed for families who work shift work, as gifts from family members, or as an alternative to ceasing lessons completely in winter when children are getting sick often.

Punch Pass Terms and Conditions

• Lessons can not be booked more than 7 days in advance
• No refunds, credits or extensions on Punch Passes
• Punch Pass classes can not be used in conjunction with our Make Up tokens
• Unused Punch Passes will be forfeited after the Pass expiry
• Each Punch Pass is valid for one specific student only
• Punch Passes are not transferrable.
